We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Technician to join our beauty space as an independent contractor. This role is perfect for a qualified professional specialising in eyelash extensions and lash lifting/curling who is looking to grow their client base within a supportive salon environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension services (classic, hybrid, and volume sets)
- Provide lash lift and curl treatments to a professional standard
- Conduct client consultations to recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
- Manage your own bookings, client relationships, and schedule
- Ensure a premium customer experience with attention to detail and care
- Stay up to date with the latest lash trends, techniques, and products
Requirements:
- Certified and experienced in eyelash extensions and lash lift/curling
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
- Own tools and products (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage your own clients
