Beaut Hair Design is a professional and welcoming salon committed to providing exceptional hair services and a personalised experience for every client. We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Stylist to join our team three days per week.
The Role
As a Senior Stylist, you will provide high-quality hairdressing services while delivering outstanding customer care. You will build strong relationships with clients, contribute to the salon’s success and maintain the high standards of Beaut Hair Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional cutting, styling, colouring and hair treatment services.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and products.
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and salon cleanliness.
- Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques and industry developments.
- Recommend and retail appropriate professional haircare products.
- Manage appointments efficiently and maintain a high standard of timekeeping.
- Support and mentor junior team members where required.
- Contribute positively to a friendly, professional and team-focused salon environment.
- Follow all salon policies, health and safety procedures and professional standards.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have relevant hairdressing qualifications and significant salon experience.
- Be confident in cutting, styling, colouring and consultations.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be passionate, creative and committed to achieving high-quality results.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Be reliable, professional and well presented.
- Have a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Be comfortable recommending products and promoting salon services.
- Be willing to work three days per week or more
