Role Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leadership Programs Lead to join our team. Reporting to the People Lead: Capability and Learning, this role is accountable for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs that build capability, support compliance and enable delivery of business strategy.
The role leads the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs including needs analysis, solution design, implementation, evaluation and optimisation, working in partnership with senior stakeholders, HR teams, external providers and program facilitators.
Operating as a trusted advisor, the role applies a performance consulting approach to translate business needs into effective, scalable and high-quality learning solutions. It also plays a key role in strengthening program governance, measuring impact and improving the scalability, efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise leadership learning.
Core Duties:
- Lead, coach and develop a small team and matrixed program facilitators to deliver high-quality learning outcomes.
- Translate business needs and capability gaps into structured learning solutions using a performance consulting approach
- Develop and execute end-to-end program plans (analysis, design, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement)
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape learning strategies, influence priorities and ensure alignment to organisational objectives
- Oversee the development of high-quality learning content (digital and face-to-face), applying contemporary design principles and standards
- Establish and monitor program success measures, including evaluation, ROI and business impact metrics
- Ensure learning solutions are aligned to governance, compliance and enterprise standards (e.g. SAL, capability frameworks)
- Manage program governance, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure learning programs are delivered to agreed outcomes, quality standards and timelines.
- Contribute to enterprise learning improvements, including processes, systems, governance, standards and communities of practice.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning or related discipline (desirable) or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Previous experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning programs in a complex organisational environment ensuring a consulting approach to diagnose needs and develop targeted learning solutions
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders to shape learning strategy and priorities working across multiple stakeholders, functions or business units to deliver outcomes
- Experience evaluating learning effectiveness and using data to inform decisions and continuous improvement
- Experience managing projects or programs, including governance, risk and delivery planning
- Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
