Restaurant Supervisor – Full Time
We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This is not a stand-back management role — we are looking for someone who leads from the front, takes ownership of service, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The ideal candidate is confident running solo shifts, highly organised under pressure, and genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a strong hands-on approach
- Independently manage and run solo shifts with confidence
- Supervise floor service while maintaining high service standards
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally
- Lead by example during busy services and peak trading periods
- Maintain excellent attention to detail across service, presentation, and cleanliness
- Coordinate bookings, guest flow, and team communication
- Support staff training and uphold service consistency
- Ensure venue presentation and operational standards are maintained at all times
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Bar & Beverage Knowledge
- Strong understanding of bar operations and beverage service
- Experience delivering bottomless brunch service efficiently and responsibly
- Sound knowledge of sangria preparation and service
- Confident with classic cocktails, mocktails, wine service, and beverage recommendations
- Ability to guide guests through drinks selections and upsell appropriately
- Comfortable with wine pouring etiquette and customer engagement

- Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or senior hospitality role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead from the front

- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays

- Willingness to support the business during peak periods, events, and operational requirements
- RSA Certificate required

Pay: $57,909.50 – $75,376.67 per year
