Yo-Chi is coming to Warringah Mall, and we're looking for an incredible Assistant Venue Leader to help launch one of our newest Sydney venues! This is your opportunity to help build an amazing team from the ground up, create an incredible culture, and bring the Yo-Chi experience to one of Sydney's busiest shopping destinations.
Working alongside the Venue Leader, you'll play a key role in recruiting, training and developing the team, setting the venue up for success from day one.

What you'll be doing
- Support the Venue Leader to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
- Lead the team during shifts, creating a fun, positive and high-performing environment.
- Help recruit, onboard and train new team members ahead of opening.
- Coach and develop your team while leading by example on the floor.
- Support day to day operations, including labour, stock control and product quality.
- Maintain high standards across food safety, cleanliness and venue presentation.
- Assist with driving venue performance and achieving operational goals.
- Help build strong connections within the local community and represent the Yo-Chi brand.

- Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or QSR.
