We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily schedules, managing appointments, communicating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring operational activities run efficiently.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules and appointments
- Manage calendars and allocate work to field teams
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates
- Monitor schedules and adjust bookings as required
- Maintain accurate scheduling records within internal systems
- Prepare operational reports and daily activity updates
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams
- Respond to phone calls and email inquiries professionally
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and service issues
- Ensure all appointments are accurately recorded and completed
- Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes
- Perform additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in scheduling, administration, customer service, or office coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using scheduling or booking systems is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
