Forklift Operator / Warehouse Labourer – Acacia Ridge | Ongoing Work
Location: Acacia Ridge, QLD
Hours: Monday to Friday | 5:00am – 1:30pm

360 Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Labourer for an ongoing opportunity based in Acacia Ridge.
This role offers consistent early starts with an early afternoon finish, making it ideal for candidates looking for work-life balance and ongoing employment.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position with a mix of forklift operation and general labouring duties, consisting of approximately 70% forklift work and 30% manual labour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading trucks using counterbalance and side loader forklifts
- Packing, handling and moving steel poles and materials
- Unloading containers
- General warehouse labouring and manual handling tasks
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Following all site safety procedures and housekeeping standards
What We're Looking For:
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Previous experience operating counterbalance and side loader forklifts
- Experience in warehouse environments and container unloading
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
