About the Role
As a Leadership Educator, you will:
Lead by example and inspire best practices across the service.
Support and mentor educators to deliver engaging, play-based learning programs.
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the local community.
Assist with the implementation of the educational program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Contribute to continuous quality improvement and help maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
Work closely with the nominated supervisor to foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Previous experience in a leadership or senior educator role.
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Child Safe Standards.
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children, families, and fellow educators.
A current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

Pay: $27.28 – $40.00 per hour
