Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ restaurant management experience
- Experience in premium Chinese or high-volume Asian restaurants preferred
- Must have experience in large-scale restaurants (250+ seats)
- Live seafood tank knowledge and experience is highly regarded
- Must be fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin, and English
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on leader who leads by example and works alongside the team.
This is not a stand-back management role. You will be actively involved in daily operations, service delivery, staff training, and guest experience.
You will be joining a Front of House team of over 40 staff members, working closely with an established management structure:
- 3 Duty Managers (we are completing the final position – it could be you)
