About the opportunity
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for developing and delivering data-driven insights that support fleet operations, asset management, equipment performance, financial planning, and environmental sustainability outcomes.
Working closely with stakeholders across Fleet, Equipment & Sustainability, Finance, Procurement, Asset & Infrastructure, Clinical Operations, and external partners, you will design and maintain dashboards, reports, predictive models, and analytical frameworks that support strategic and operational decision-making.

About You
You are a data-driven professional with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for solving complex business challenges. You can confidently communicate insights to diverse stakeholders and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where your work directly contributes to organisational performance and sustainability outcomes.
You will have:
- A degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or performance analysis roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong data querying, analysis, and dashboard development skills.
- Experience translating complex datasets into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Understanding of ESG reporting standards, carbon accounting principles, and sustainability reporting frameworks.
