About the role
We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our team in Adelaide. You will be the face of our espresso service, ensuring every cup meets our high standards while delivering a great customer experience.
Responsibilities

Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and specialty drinks.

Provide friendly, high-quality customer service to all customers.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the espresso station during busy periods.

Manage orders and payments accurately using the POS system.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth café operations and a positive atmosphere.
Requirements

At least one year of professional experience as a Barista.

Strong latte art skills and technical confidence behind the espresso machine.

A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
