About the Role

Support children with additional medical, behavioural, developmental, or environmental needs to fully participate in education and care programs.
Develop, review, and implement Strategic Inclusion Plans and Individual Support Plans.
Assist educators and service leaders to create inclusive learning environments and practices.
Support inclusion funding applications, documentation, claims, and reporting requirements.
Provide on-site guidance and coaching to educators on inclusive strategies and practices.
Build strong partnerships with families, caregivers, and external support agencies.
Coordinate and communicate inclusion-related information with stakeholders.
Deliver inclusion training, resources, and professional support to staff teams.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement, quality initiatives, and child-safe practices across Children's Services.
Represent the organisation at community meetings, sector forums, and professional development activities.
Promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, respect, and belonging for all children and families

About You

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Disability Support, or a related field.
Experience supporting children with additional needs.
Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, inclusion support programs and child-safe practices.
Current First Aid qualification, driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
