Our travellers keep us busy! This casual role is ideal for a hospitality/hotel professional or office administrator, shifts will vary across mornings, afternoons and include weekends.
Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests (or ‘Residents’ as we call them) while gaining valuable accommodation industry experience and the potential for future growth within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist Residents in a friendly and professional manner;
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and efficiency;
- Manage phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence to ensure top-tier communication standards;
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Ideal experience you bring:

Previous experience in a hotel front desk or reception role
- Effective communication and people skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
