ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, Drive Group Australia are currently seeking a Part-time Customer Experience Officer to support the team in Dandenong. The role is 30 hours per week spread over Mon to Fri. Some flexibility with start and finish time that could suit school hours. In this role, you will be responsible for completing front-of-house administrative duties and providing our customers with exceptional customer service.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong computer literacy skills, proficient with MS Office product, and the ability to learn new systems
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills demonstrating your flair for exceptional customer service
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion to learn and succeed.
- Previous experience in office-based customer service role.
- Insurance Industry experience highly regarded.
- Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
- Appropriate Australian Working Right s.
