About the Role
You’ll be working with small groups (up to 6 students), supporting primary and/or High school learners in building their skills and confidence.

- A genuine passion for working with primary and High School students
- Positive growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to provide immediate, constructive feedback and written feedback on student work
- Confidence communicating effectively with parents
- Flexibility around university schedules
- High regarded - if you have a sound understanding of systematic phonics and phonemic awareness and arithmetical strategies
- Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Availability to work a minimum of 3-4 days per week (preferably Monday-Thursday and Saturdays)
- Highly regarded - ATAR of 90+
- Hold a valid WWCC
Bonus (Highly Regarded)
- Previous tutoring experience
- Teaching qualifications or current education degree
