Working within our Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, you'll support children and educators across the centre, helping create meaningful learning experiences that empower children to explore, discover, and grow with confidence.
This role is perfect for an adaptable and passionate educator who enjoys variety in their day. As a key member of our team, you'll work across multiple age groups and rooms while maintaining continuity of care and supporting high-quality educational outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must have flexibility to work opening, middle, and closing shifts across our operating hours.
A Typical Day as a Full-Time Educator Includes:
- Supporting children across different age groups and learning environments
- Creating engaging and inspiring spaces that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning
- Building meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contributing to the planning and implementation of educational programs
- Supporting children's development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging
- Collaborating with your team to maintain a positive and inclusive centre culture
- Ensuring high standards of care, safety, and compliance are upheld at all times

What You'll Need:
- ACECQA-approved qualification (Certificate III, Diploma or higher)
- Flexibility and availability to work opening, middle, and closing shifts on a rotating roster
- Passion for working with children across a variety of age groups
- Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training (Foundations of Child Safety)
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Mandatory Reporting certification
