Working within our Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, you'll support children and educators across the centre, helping create meaningful learning experiences that empower children to explore, discover, and grow with confidence.
A Typical Day as a Breaks Cover Educator Includes:
- Supporting Across the Centre – Step into different rooms throughout the day to provide quality care and continuity for children and teams
- Creating Inspiring Spaces – Help maintain engaging environments that encourage exploration and creativity
- Building Meaningful Relationships – Connect with children, families, and colleagues across the centre
- Supporting Growth – Guide children through their early milestones with care, warmth, and intention
- Encouraging Curiosity – Foster a love of learning through play, discovery, and imagination

What You'll Need:
- ACECQA-approved qualification (Cert III or higher)
- Passion for working with children across a variety of age groups
- Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training (Foundations of Child Safety)
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Working with Children Check & Mandatory Reporting
