As part of the Eating Disorders Treatment Service, you'll work alongside experienced clinicians committed to evidence-based practice, recovery-focused care and continuous professional development. You'll also be part of a district shaping the future of mental health through the new Integrated Mental Health Complex at Westmead.
Work within a highly specialised Eating Disorders Treatment Service supporting adults across hospital and community settings.
Collaborate with experienced psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, social workers and allied health professionals.

What you'll be doing
As a Psychologist, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention for adults experiencing eating disorders. Working across inpatient, outpatient and community settings as required, you'll partner with consumers, families and multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery and positive health outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, triage referrals and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Deliver individual and group psychological therapies using recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approaches.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide care planning, clinical consultation and coordinated treatment.
Build strong therapeutic relationships with consumers, families and healthcare partners to support integrated care and continuity of treatment.
Contribute to service excellence through clinical documentation, quality improvement activities, professional development and departmental initiatives.

Qualification: Successful completion of a PBA recognised undergraduate degree in Psychology including completion of Internship.
Registration: Current full registration with AHPRA, PBA Psychology Board of Australia
