Hendrick’s Instruments Service is a small family owned company in Ringwood that repairs and manufactures surgical instruments for hospitals throughout Australia. We are currently looking for a long term, full time employee for a delivery driver & admin role. Experience with customer service, MYOB business and office duties will be highly regarded but is not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
· Daily hospital rounds throughout Victoria with the use of a company car (the car is stored in a garage at work overnight)
· Getting supplies as needed
· Invoicing
· Booking jobs in
· Booking jobs out
· Filing
· Answering phone calls and emails
· Chasing up outstanding invoices
· Other office duties as necessary
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
