Delivery Driver – Part-Time, 6-Month Contract
Vanity Vault is one of Australia’s fastest-growing luxury vanity furniture brands. We are looking for a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team and assist with deliveries across Melbourne.
Position Details
- $28.00 per hour plus superannuation
- Part-time, 3 days per week
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 6-month contract
- Company vehicle provided
- Based from our Coolaroo warehouse
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering Vanity Vault products safely and efficiently to customers across Melbourne.
Duties will include:
- Loading and unloading vanities, mirrors, chairs and other products
- Completing scheduled deliveries
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Handling products carefully to prevent damage
- Obtaining proof of delivery where required
- Keeping the company vehicle clean and organised
- Completing basic vehicle checks
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
This role does not involve furniture assembly or installation.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving furniture
- Confident driving throughout Melbourne
- Friendly and professional when dealing with customers
- Able to work independently and follow a delivery schedule
- Careful when handling fragile and bulky items
Requirements
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Good driving history
- Full Australian working rights
- Previous delivery, courier, warehouse or removalist experience is preferred but not essential
