- 1. Financial Strategy & Planning
- Formulate long-term financial strategies, annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the company’s overall goals.
2. Treasury & Capital Management
- Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and foreign exchange risk to ensure stable and efficient capital utilization.
- Establish relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors; negotiate financing terms and optimize capital structure.
- Oversee investment appraisal, feasibility studies, and due diligence for potential projects or acquisitions.
3. Accounting, Tax & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local statutory requirements.
- Design and implement tax planning strategies across jurisdictions (Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, etc.) to minimize tax exposure while maintaining full legal compliance.
- Lead internal control, risk management, and audit processes; coordinate external audits and regulatory inspections.
4. Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Provide regular financial analysis, profitability reviews, and operational insights to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to optimize pricing, cost structures, inventory, and margin performance.
- Drive digitalization of finance systems, including ERP implementation and automation, to improve efficiency and visibility.
5. Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, develop, and mentor the finance, accounting, tax, and treasury teams; set clear KPIs and foster a high-performance culture.
- Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, legal counsel, banks, and investors.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support expansion, investment, and market entry decisions.
- Monitor financial performance against targets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Pay: $11,879.67 – $14,879.36 per month
