We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cooks and Kitchen Hands to join our busy kitchen team at our iconic Circular Quay restaurant.
COOKS
We're looking for experienced Cooks who can work confidently in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to our recipes and standards.
- Working efficiently during busy service.
- Maintaining quality, consistency and presentation.
- Keeping your section clean and organised.
- Following food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures.
- Working as part of a supportive kitchen team.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous commercial kitchen experience.( 2 years experience)
- Experience working on a section in a busy restaurant.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Certificate III / IV in Commercial Cookery is desirable.
KITCHEN HANDS
We're also looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential – we're happy to train the right person.
You'll be responsible for:
- Assisting with basic food preparation.
- Washing dishes and cleaning kitchen equipment.
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised.
- Assisting Cooks and Chefs during service.
- Helping with general kitchen duties and stock movement.
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures.
We're looking for:
- A reliable and hardworking attitude.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn.
- Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $33.05 – $33.85 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
