In this role, you'll:
As a Learning Program Coordinator, you will provide high quality planning and coordinationsupport for complex learning programs, ensuring they are effectively scheduled, resourced anddelivered.
You will play a key role in supporting the Manager by identifying opportunities toimprove service delivery, resource utilisation, systems and processes across learningoperations.
You will work closely with Learning Program Planner and Learning Delivery Managers, tomonitor and maintain the master schedule, conduct critical path analysis and provide practicalrecommendations to address planning risks or issues.
The role involves producing regular and ad hoc reporting on schedule status, undertakingresource modelling to support stakeholder sign off, publishing and maintaining final schedules,sourcing and booking of learning and non-learning resources.
Ensuring plans are accuratelyrecorded across multiple platforms and systems such as SuccessFactors and Time Edit.
Additionally, you will also manage learner enquiries, including resolving complex or escalatedissues within agreed service levels, and ensure all interactions reflect a strong commitment tocustomer service.
Through these activities, the role upholds compliance standards and supportsorganisational outcomes aligned with customer, people, and community expectations.

About you
You are an organised and detail-focused coordinator with experience supporting complexplanning or scheduling activities.
You are confident working across multiple systems, can quicklylearn new tools and enjoy problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
You bring strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to understandcustomer needs and provide clear updates, advice and reporting.
Comfortable working with a level of autonomy, you can exercise judgement on when to escalate issues and pride yourself on delivering customer-focused outcomes.
You are collaborative,adaptable and motivated by improving processes, building capability and delivering high-qualitylearning services.
