About the Role
As the 2IC, you will assist in leading our administrative team and contribute to the ongoing development and success of the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing operational responsibilities with team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Practice Manager with the daily management of practice operations.
- Develop, review, implement, and maintain practice policies and procedures.
- Assist with quality improvement activities and accreditation requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to administration staff.
- Manage and resolve workplace conflicts professionally and effectively.
- Foster a positive team culture and promote open communication.
- Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare legislation and practice standards.
- Undertake other management duties as required.
About You

- Previous experience in General Practice or healthcare administration is highly regarded.
- Experience with practice accreditation processes will be viewed favourably.
