About you
For this role, we will consider how well you demonstrate:
- Proven experience actively managing and leading project delivery, including evidenced experience in using project management methodologies, techniques and tools.
- High-level facilitation and engagement skills, with the proven ability to develop and leverage effective working and strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using insight and inspiring collaboration in a complex operating environment.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams, inspiring project success, execution of results and skills transfer.
- Demonstrated experience of thinking critically to deliver successful projects and achieve collaborative customer-focused outcomes aligned to broader environmental and organisational context.
