About the Role
Baxter Bakery is seeking a reliable and motivated Pastry Cook to join our team. This is a full-time position suited to someone with a passion for baking and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Maintain consistency in product quality and presentation
- Assist in decorating baked goods
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support stock control and kitchen operations
Skills and Experience
- Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Pay: $76,515.00 – $85,000.00 per year
