✨ Build and lead vendor strategy across Australia — identifying opportunities to scale partnerships and maximise impact
Develop deep, strategic relationships with key vendors, becoming their trusted advisor and growth partner
Shape commercial plans that drive revenue, adoption, and long-term mutual success
Lead go-to-market initiatives, aligning vendors with Pax8 teams to accelerate growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership to deliver cohesive strategies
Analyse market trends and performance data to guide decision-making and future investment
Represent Pax8 externally — at events, with partners, and across the wider ecosystem
Your work will define how Pax8 grows its vendor ecosystem in Australia. You’ll directly influence partner success, revenue performance, and our ability to bring innovative technologies to market. Internally, you’ll set standards for strategic partnership excellence and help shape a scalable model that can be replicated globally.
