As a Clinical Nurse - Clinical Trials Coordinator, you'll play a key role in advancing cancer care through research and innovation. From guiding patients through clinical trials to partnering with multidisciplinary teams, you'll help deliver safe, ethical and high-quality care that creates real impact.

Coordinating oncology clinical trials to ensure safe, compliant and patient-centred care
Partnering with clinicians and researchers to deliver seamless trial experiences
Leading study processes, from patient enrolment through to monitoring outcomes
Driving improvements that strengthen research practice and patient care delivery

You're a confident and compassionate nurse who thrives in a role where clinical care meets research excellence. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid practising certificate
Experience in clinical trials, oncology care or research coordination
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of research governance, ethics and clinical trial standards
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have completed additional clinical trial training and/or specialised oncology education.
Most importantly, you're passionate about improving patient outcomes through research, and ready to make a lasting impact in a regional health setting grounded in compassion, dignity and innovation.
