Osteopath – Part Time Role in Greensborough
The role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time osteopath to work 2-2.5 days (16-20 hours) per week in our beautiful Greensborough location. There is scope for hours to increase to full time as we grow!
NOTE: Contracted position or part-time salary is available
Remuneration:
Position is available for 2-2.5 days per week (16-20 hours)
If part-time salary (hourly wage): $38-45 per hour
If contractor: 50% of patient fees (inclusive of super) increasing by 1% every year for 5 years guaranteed.

Our story:
In Balance Healthcare is a growing multidisciplinary practice with a brand-new fit out and on-site rehabilitation gym.
The director (Charlie) is an osteopath and long-time gymnastics coach. Having spent 20 years coaching he has a keen understanding of sports injuries and a passion for working with paediatric athletes with strong connections to PIT Gymnastics, Balance Gymnastics and Summersalt (previously Jets Gymnastics).
As well as owning another busy clinic (Symmetree Osteopathy), Charlie was working out of 2 different gymnastics clubs and wanted to consolidate and grow his business. So he opened a big clinic in Greensborough that can cater to people of all walks of life.
Day-to-day you will see a varied caseload, mostly consisting of Musculo-skeletal complaints, sports injuries and pre/post-surgical rehabilitation. We value both hands-on treatment as well as exercise rehabilitation and strive to incorporate both modalities whenever possible.
Are you the one we’re looking for?
To be the right candidate you must:
· Hold full, unrestricted general AHPRA registration (sponsorship not available)
· Be able to work independently with a patient in an appointment (though plenty of support is offered outside of that)
· Communicate clearly and confidently
· Have passion, drive and a willingness to learn
