Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised and professional Executive
Assistant to support our hospital CEO and Director of Clinical Services commencing mid-August 2026.
We are looking for a high performing professional who is outcome driven with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will require a flexible approach to manage a varied workload with a strong responsiveness and attention to detail to succeed in this fast-paced role.
This position will be job-share, providing a lifestyle balance, working a minimum 32hrs per week.
Other key tasks within this position will include:

Providing confidential and efficient secretarial services in relation to flow of information

Managing VMO credentialing
-
Facilitating recruitment/onboarding activities
-
Compliance documentation and database management
-
Planning and coordinating staff and key stakeholder events & programs
-
Facilitating Ramsay initiatives and special projects as required
-
Maintaining staff and doctor records & files
-
Acting as a liaison between the executive team and key internal & external stakeholder, including staff, medical practitioners and other organisations

Preparing agendas and accurately maintain minutes and records for events and scheduled meetings

Facilitating service agreements

The successful applicant will have exceptional organisational skills and will pride themselves in delivery of quality administrative outputs. Your highly developed interpersonal skills provide a service-orientated professional experience with key stakeholders.
