- Preparing, cooking and presenting a range of hot and cold dishes to the highest standard
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and refine menu items
- Ensuring strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff to uphold our culinary standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
- Working closely with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers
Minimum Requirement:
- 3 Years experinece as Chef
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality Management is Required
