We're seeking an experienced hotel/resort Reception Supervisor to join our small team at Rolling Surf Resort - Caloundra. This is a hands-on role and we require someone who is exceptionally organised, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You'll be a key support to the Front Office team, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining high service standards.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and sees what needs to be done without being asked.
What you'll bring:
- Previous hotel or resort reception experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to take ownership and work independently
- Confidence supporting and guiding team members when required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with reservation systems (Resly experience highly regarded)
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
