We're looking for reliable and experienced Pickers to join 3PC in a fast-paced warehouse environment based in Laverton.
This is a physically demanding role working within a chiller environment, and we are looking for candidates with previous warehouse, picking or order fulfilment experience.

About the Role
As a Chiller Picker, you'll be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Your duties may include:
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Using warehouse picking systems and equipment
- Picking and packing orders
- Manual handling and lifting
- Working in a chiller environment for extended periods
- Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
Shift Times
We are currently recruiting for both AM and PM shifts:
AM Shift
- Start time: 6:00am
- Pay rate: $35.09 per hour
PM Shift
- Start time: 2:00pm
- Pay rate: Starting from $39.30 per hour
Once fully trained and meeting productivity requirements, successful candidates may have the opportunity to move onto a performance-based pick rate, with the potential to earn $45+ per hour.

- Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a chiller environment
- Ability to complete physically demanding work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet productivity targets
- Availability to work 5 days per week
- Ability to commit to regular ongoing shifts
- Availability for consistent full-time hours on a casual basis
