About the Role
Help shape the future of healthcare by turning data into meaningful action. You'll partner with leaders to uncover insights, measure success and guide evidence-based improvement that strengthens Safe and Connected across CALHN and delivers better outcomes for our people and community.

About You
You’re a naturally curious analyst who enjoys understanding how health services operate and using data to solve complex problems. You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly with clinicians, managers and improvement partners. You’re comfortable working in ambiguity, asking thoughtful questions and translating complex data into practical insights that help teams improve the way they work.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring the ability to:
- Analyse complex data and uncover meaningful insights
- Build dashboards and clear performance reports
- Partner with stakeholders to guide decisions
- Use data to improve services and outcomes
- Qualification in data, health or related field desirable
