About the Role
River Place Apartments Brisbane is seeking reliable, flexible and detail-focused Casual Cleaners to join our onsite team at a premium riverfront apartment building in Brisbane CBD.
This role offers regular onsite work at one consistent Brisbane CBD location, making it ideal for someone who is looking for stable, ongoing cleaning work in a professional residential environment.
You will support the onsite management team with daily residential building cleaning and presentation. Duties may include cleaning common areas, lifts, corridors, lobby areas, amenities, entry areas, rubbish areas and other shared building spaces.
This role is ideal for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, enjoys keeping spaces clean and welcoming, and understands the importance of presentation within a premium residential apartment building.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
- Cleaning common areas within the residential building
- Cleaning lifts, corridors, lobby areas and entry spaces
- Cleaning amenities and shared facilities
- Vacuuming, mopping and surface cleaning
- Glass, mirror and touch-point cleaning
- Rubbish removal and bin area support
- Restocking cleaning supplies where required
- Reporting maintenance, safety or presentation concerns
- Following cleaning checklists and daily instructions
- Supporting the onsite management team with building presentation standards

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be based in Brisbane
- Have the legal right to work in Australia
- Be available for a minimum of 4 days per week
- Be comfortable working approximately 8 hours per day
- Be comfortable working in a residential apartment building environment
- Be reliable, professional and well-presented

What We Offer
- $33.50 – $36.00 per hour, depending on experience
- 12% superannuation paid
