About the Role
Oracle Fusion Support Officer
- Key support role supporting Monash Health's Oracle Fusion environment
- Provide first and second-level support across Oracle Fusion applications including ERP, SCM, HCM and Payroll interfaces.
- Permanent, full-time role based at Scoresby Corporate Site

This role represents an exciting opportunity within our Applications and Enablement team. Reporting to the Manager Finance Systems, you will play a key role in providing day-to-day functional support for Monash Health's Oracle Fusion applications. You will help ensure our systems operate reliably and efficiently while supporting Finance, Supply Chain, People & Culture and Payroll functions across the organisation.
Working closely with business stakeholders, vendors and internal digital teams, you will contribute to resolving system issues, supporting business improvements, delivering user training and ensuring the ongoing success of our Oracle Fusion platform.
If appointed, your contribution will be assessed across five Key Result Areas:
Application Support and Operation
Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement
Training, Capability Uplift and Knowledge Enablement
Continuous Improvement and Change Support
System Integrity and Service Excellence
This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week on site in our Scoresby Office.
About You
The Oracle Fusion Support Officer ensures the effective support and optimisation of Oracle Fusion applications across Monash Health. You are passionate about customer service and enjoy helping users resolve issues, improve processes and gain confidence using enterprise systems.
With strong communication skills and an ability to build positive stakeholder relationships, you can translate business needs into clearly articulated system issues, support requests or improvement opportunities. You are comfortable working with both technical teams and business users and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Naturally curious and solution-focused, you enjoy troubleshooting issues, identifying trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You take pride in delivering high-quality support and maintaining strong working relationships across the organisation.

What You Need
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Experience supporting enterprise business applications within a complex environment
Exposure to Oracle Fusion or similar applications and associated business processes
Experience managing incidents and service requests through a structured service management framework
Proven ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and coordinate resolution activities
Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience
Experience supporting testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing
Ability to develop and maintain user documentation, knowledge articles and training materials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
While not mandatory requirements, experience with the following will be highly regarded:
Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, HCM or Payroll modules or similar applications
Experience supporting payroll, finance or procurement systems
Experience working within a large public sector, healthcare or enterprise environment.
