We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Casual Bar Attendant to join our friendly team at our bowling club. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, working in a community-focused environment, and being part of a great team, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Casual Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our members and guests while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional bar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Processing cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
- Restocking beverages and supplies as required
- Ensuring compliance with RSA & RCG requirements and club policies
- Assisting with club functions and special events when required
About You
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate is essential
- Current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) Certificate is preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
