We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will nurture and grow direct sales, both via marketing lead conversion and individual lead gen and also will be a key player in our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing system architecture, data flows, and business processes to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
- Evaluate current business systems and recommend technology solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and data accuracy.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, system design documentation, workflow diagrams, and data models.
- Coordinate system enhancement and implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and risk management.
- Develop and execute technical test plans, including system integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation and deliver system configuration training to support successful user adoption.
- Monitor system performance, investigate technical issues, and recommend corrective actions to ensure system reliability and business continuity.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using business intelligence tools to support informed decision-making.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Shopify, Cin7, SPS Commerce, The Order Exchange, Mainchain, and other business platforms to improve inventory management and order fulfilment.
- Perform data analysis to support purchasing, inventory planning, forecasting, and stock optimisation.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external software vendors to resolve technical issues and coordinate system upgrades.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and implement innovative technology solutions that improve business performance.
You will need to display
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar technical systems role.
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in systems analysis, solution design, technical documentation, and specification writing.
- Demonstrated experience managing software implementation projects and coordinating technical testing activities.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or e-commerce platforms. Experience with Shopify, Cin7, SPS Commerce, The Order Exchange, or Mainchain will be highly regarded.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
