Job Description Summary: Area Coach (Multi-site, Corporate & Franchise locations)
The Area Coach is responsible for the support and development of franchise partners and company stores within their designated region for the Gotcha Fresh Tea brand.
This includes increasing franchise sales and profitability, adherence to coaching in line with business objectives / KPIs.
The Area Coach will always act within the brands best interests, including complying with company policies, standards and procedures; act as a mentor and business coach to Franchise Partners and company store leaders of their team; influence both internal and external stakeholders to the benefit of the Franchise Partners and Gotcha Fresh Tea brand.
Key Responsibilities:
● Ensure the presentation of each store is of the highest standard
● Review weekly sales performance of company stores and implement strategies to improve sales across the portfolio.
● Regularly reviewing sales reports and performance metrics of franchisee stores and assist franchisees where possible to ensure profitability of company stores and franchise locations.
● Company stores team rostering to ensure each store reflects the accurate team to sales ratios.
● Implementing operational policies and procedures that maintain brand consistency.
● Providing ongoing training and support to company team members and franchise partners on company policies, products, and services
● Monitoring franchise partner compliance with brand standards and policies
● Assist with managing and resolving conflicts between franchise partners and the company
● Assist new franchise partners with the onboarding process, training and store operations
● Collaborating with other departments within the company to develop new products and services that can be implemented across all franchise locations
● Network with Centre Marketing teams to leverage collaborations that support the brand.
● Stay up-to-date on industry trends
Qualifications:
● Suitable qualification in business administration, marketing, or a related field
● 5+ years of experience in Retail, Sales and or franchise management, (Multi-Site or Area management experience desirable), with a track record of driving business growth and profitability
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong leadership skills
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
● Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements
● Proficiency in Microsoft, Google, Dropbox
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
