We are looking to add a Cafe Supervisor to our team at GC Aqua Park in Southport. This is a full-time role located at the beautiful Marine Parade in Southport, Gold Coast. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the cafe
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Assisting with developing new menu items and promotions
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
