Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy helping people find the right solutions? If so, we'd love to welcome you to our team at Marion!
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll be the face of RAA, providing personalised service and expert advice to our members. You'll take the time to understand their needs, recommend products and services that add value, and ensure every interaction is positive, memorable, and leaves our members feeling supported.
In addition, you will:
Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers.
Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA’s extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.
Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.
Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team.

Hours
Permanent part-time 22.8 hours per week as well as 1-2 weekend shifts per month paid at an overtime rate.
About you
You will be a confident, self-motivated individual who is passionate about putting our members first in everything you do. We are also looking for:
A genuine passion for helping others.
Proficient with the use of computers.
Strong sales background with a track record of hitting company targets.
Ability to build rapport with members and teammates.
Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
