About the Role:
The Customer Access Team at Mile End is looking for multiple team members to join the team, part-time and full-time considered. Weekend work will be required.
As the Customer Service Officer, you will provide high-end customer service over the phone, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
What you’ll do:
- Provide seamless and solution-focused customer service over the phone
- Connect customers to appropriate services, with a ‘one call’ resolution focus
- Undertake administration tasks
- Contribute to the customer experience by providing and linking customers to expert services that support maintaining a good life
About you!
- Outstanding customer service skills, with proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service
- IT savvy – with intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use various software and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates with experience in a similar role are highly desirable
You will need:
- A satisfactory National Criminal History Record Check, no older than 12 months at commencement of employment.
