About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Caravan Builder to join our production team.
You will be involved in building caravans across multiple construction types, including timber frame, aluminium frame, and full composite builds. This role requires both speed and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install caravan components (furniture, cabinets, fittings, etc.)
- Work across different wall types (timber, aluminium, full composite)
- Read and follow production drawings and instructions
- Maintain high quality standards while working efficiently
- Keep your workspace clean and organised
- Identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement

Skills & Experience
Preferred (not essential):
- 2+ years experience in caravan or RV building
- Experience working with 16mm panel furniture construction
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Timber frame caravans
- Aluminium frame caravans
- Full composite caravans (highly regarded)
Essential:
- Ability to use hand and power tools confidently
- Basic understanding of construction or assembly work
- Willingness to learn and improve
