About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Leading Hand Distribution Employee to provide frontline leadership within our cold room distribution operation at Raleigh.
In this Full-time position, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, supporting shift performance, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring orders are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time.
You will act as a key link between team members and supervisors while leading by example on the warehouse floor.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience supervising or mentoring team members
- Hold a current forklift license and have strong forklift operating skills
- Have a strong commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence
Can coordinate workloads, prioritise tasks and meet production deadlines

Have previous experience using SAP systems in a manufacturing environment

Are confident using warehouse systems and completing documentation accurately
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Can work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required

If successful, you will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
