At Law Partners, we are seeking a capable and motivated Paralegal to join our growing Medical Negligence practice in our Sydney CBD office, working closely with and supporting our General Counsel.
This is a full-time position suited to a career paralegal with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a law firm environment. While experience in personal injury law or medical negligence is highly regarded, we are also open to considering candidates from other practice areas who bring strong organisational skills, initiative, and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in legal support.
We are specifically seeking an experienced career paralegal committed to a long-term support career within the legal profession. As this is a full-time role requiring prior experience and stability within the position, applications from current students or those seeking short-term pre-admission experience will not be considered.
Working directly alongside an experienced and highly regarded General Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting complex and meaningful medical negligence matters from inception through to resolution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing files and legal documentation
- Drafting correspondence and court documents
- Liaising with clients, barristers, experts, and medical providers
- Obtaining and reviewing medical records and evidence
- Diary management and coordinating key deadlines
- Preparing briefs and matter materials
- General practice and administrative support

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Previous personal injury experience highly regarded, but not essential
