We're looking for two passionate and experienced Supervisors to join our leadership team.
Positions Available
Part-Time Weekend Opening Supervisor
- Saturdays & Sundays
- 6:30am – 3:00pm
- Permanent Part-Time
Full-Time Weeknight Closing Supervisor
- Monday to Friday
- 3:00pm – 11:45pm
- Permanent Full-Time
Immediate start available.
Applicants must have previous Subway experience and full working rights in Australia.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Supervisor, you'll lead from the front while creating an exceptional experience for both our guests and your team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating your team throughout every shift
- Providing exceptional customer service with energy, warmth and enthusiasm
- Coaching and developing team members on shift
- Driving sales through effective upselling and add-on promotions
- Working towards helping the Store Manager achieve sales target:
- Maintaining outstanding store presentation and cleanliness
- Ensuring food safety and Subway operating standards are always met
- Completing opening or closing procedures to the highest standard
- Preparing food, baking bread and cookies, stock rotation and inventory control
- Processing POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Receiving deliveries and maintaining stock levels
- Completing daily administration and cash handling
- Following all Workplace Health & Safety, Food Safety and Loss Prevention procedures
- Leading by example with professionalism, positivity and respect
