Who we are looking for!
As the Team Lead EUC, you will take ownership of resolving application issues, coordinating fixes and enhancements based on impact and complexity, and working closely with development teams to deliver timely improvements. You will play a key role in supporting user acceptance testing and monitoring integrated systems to maintain strong performance outcomes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations while driving a responsive and reliable end-user technology experience.
Key Work Activities

Leading the delivery of initial technology support for personnel, visitors and contractors, including coordinating team schedules and allocating work to ensure adequate site support.

Overseeing the diagnosis and resolution of application and device issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Prioritising and schedule application fixes and enhancements based on business impact and technical complexity, and coordinate with development teams for timely implementation of improvements and updates.

Handle site escalations and mentor and coach the EUC team members to ensure a high level of service is delivered to the site.

Ensuring the reliable operation of workplace technology including printers, scanners, copiers, audio-visual equipment, server rooms, video systems, electronic displays and meeting room equipment.

Supporting team performance and a positive work environment by reviewing work, recognising achievements, encouraging team members to identify issues, and contributing to a productive and collaborative team culture.
Capabilities Required
-
Bachelor’s degree Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, with understanding of end-user computing technologies, IT infrastructure and support processes.

Advanced proficiency in diagnosing and resolving application and device issues, and strong skills in supporting laptops, cellphones, desktops, video conference systems and mobile applications.

Experience in coordinating preventative maintenance programs, managing technology facilities and equipment, and overseeing vendors and contractors.

Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching capability, with the ability to build positive working relationships, support team members and contribute to a productive team environment.

Demonstrated problem-solving approach, using practical judgement, following procedures, improving methods through experience, and applying persistence and commitment to achieve outcomes.
