This is more than a traditional hospitality role. As a Bottle Service Host, you'll be at the centre of the guest experience, creating memorable moments for VIP guests while driving premium sales and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing
- Hosting and looking after VIP guests and premium booth bookings
- Creating exceptional, personalised experiences from arrival to departure
- Promoting and selling bottle service packages, booth upgrades, and premium experiences
- Building genuine relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings and loyalty
- Bringing energy and excitement to the venue atmosphere
- Coordinating with bar and floor teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining the presentation and exclusivity of VIP areas
What We're Looking For
- A confident, outgoing personality with a passion for people
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A sales-focused mindset with the ability to upsell and maximise guest spend
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Previous experience in VIP hosting, nightlife, promotions, hospitality, or sales is highly regarded
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Current and valid RSA certification

Pay: $32.31 – $37.35 per hour
