We are looking for an experienced Wine Bar Floor Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and takes pride in leading teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH teams to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently maintained
- Assist with staff rostering, labour cost control, and shift planning
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and confidently
- Support onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
- Maintain compliance with WHS, food safety, and company procedures
- Step into Manager-on-Duty shifts as required
Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
