We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Pasta Chef (Chef de Partie) to join our award-winning kitchen team.
About the Role
Working alongside our Executive Chef and Head Chef, you will take ownership of the pasta section, preparing and executing a range of handcrafted pasta dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who is passionate about Italian cuisine and is looking to further their career within a professional and supportive kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute all pasta dishes to the highest standard
- Assist with the preparation of fresh pasta, fillings, sauces and garnishes
- Maintain consistency, portion control and presentation standards
- Ensure your section is organised, clean and service-ready at all times
- Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising wastage
- Follow all food safety, WHS and kitchen procedures
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team during service
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a pasta section or Italian kitchen
- Strong understanding of traditional Italian cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Positive attitude and team-focused mentality
